يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ٣٩Allah effaceth what He will, and establisheth (what He will), and with Him is the source of ordinance.
