One-fifth of Booty to the Cause of Allah (Khumus)
قَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُنْذِرًا الثَّوْرِيَّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ، قَالَ أَرْسَلَنِي أَبِي، خُذْ هَذَا الْكِتَابَ فَاذْهَبْ بِهِ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ، فَإِنَّ فِيهِ أَمْرَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الصَّدَقَةِ.Muhammad bin Suqa:I heard Mundhir at-Tawri reporting Ibn Hanafiya who said, "My father sent me saying, 'Take this letter to `Uthman for it contains the orders of the Prophet (ﷺ) concerning the Sadaqa
